PREDICTRONICS HONORED AT 2021 MANUFACTURING LEADERSHIP AWARDS
Predictronics is excited to announce the Manufacturing Leadership Council has awarded us the 2021 Manufacturing Leadership Partner Award and our solutions developed for MacLean-Fogg and Maxion Wheels are the recipients of the 2021 Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Leadership Award and the 2021 Industrial Internet of Things Leadership Award, respectively.
2021 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS LEADERSHIP AWARD
Predictronics delivered a predictive maintenance solution for MacLean-Fogg, powered by our PDX software, that focuses on hot forming machine health. This is an ideal system to monitor, as issues with this system can significantly affect uptime and efficiency. The reduction in downtime improved productivity, diminished costs related to unnecessary maintenance, and prevented lost business. This solution is scalable, and our roadmap plan projects a plant-level rollout in the next two years.

STEVE WRIGHT
Director of Continuous Improvement
MacLean-Fogg
“With Predictronics, we’re able to monitor the machine health, see real-time how the machine is doing, and start to see a signal of a problem before it becomes a major problem. At this point, I’m really pleased with the progress we’ve made and I’m anxious to expand this solution to our other nine hot forming machines.”
2021 INDUSTRIAL INTERNET OF THINGS AWARD
Predictronics delivered industrial IoT and predictive monitoring systems to Maxion Wheels Germany, powered by our PDX software, for three key steel wheel manufacturing processes, preventing multiple asset issues and addressing unplanned downtime within the first three months.

"This solution is an extension of the system deployed at Maxion Wheels in North America, which won the 2019 Award for AI and Analytics. In the near future, this solution will be scaled to monitor over 100 assets at the Germany facility and possibly other facilities worldwide."
