NOVEMBER 29, 2018
Predictronics is pleased to announce its participation in this year’s Defense Manufacturing Conference at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee from December 3rd through December 6th.
Founded in 1969 by the Manufacturing Technology Advisory Group, the DMC is a forum for government leaders, manufacturing professionals, and solutions providers to collaborate on policy and share the latest in technological advancements.
Predictronics CTO Dr. David Siegel will present his talk, Achieving an Intelligent Factory through Predictive Monitoring and Dynamic Scheduling, on December 6th at 2:30pm.
Dr. Siegel will discuss the innovation of integrating of machine health and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) measurements and the importance of predictive factory environments over reactive factory environments.
In addition, members of Predictronics will exhibit at the conference, showcasing our unique end-to-end predictive analytics and industrial AI solution, PDX, which collects, monitors, and visualizes data from critical assets to pinpoint potential failures and allow for scheduled downtime and maintenance before those failures occur. This results in significant cost savings and improved efficiency for manufacturing and industrial customers.
Also featured will be our Factory Sentinel program, a complete software solution that specifically targets the monitoring of industrial robots that perform repetitive functions, ensuring high accuracy and product quality and predicting and preventing hard failures.
Over 650 organizations will be represented at this event with an anticipated 1500+ participants.
Industry powerhouses, such as GE Aviation, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin, will be in attendance along with representatives from the United States Army, Navy, and Air Force.
For this event, Predictronics is partnering with International TechneGroup, a global expert in data inoperability issues, specializing in conversion, integration, validation, and migration solutions.
